Ok so homemade almond butter; holy hell this has opened the door for an insane amount of possibilities! Can we say butter blends, can we saw raw cocoa almond butter or macadamia butter with cashews, roasted almonds, roasted any nut…..
All that’s needed:
1. kick-a$$ blender like the vitamix (heaven!) my favorites appliance in the kitchen!
3. Patience. I’m not good with this but it’s required and the end product is beautiful….so I kept going. From dust to this magical cream that formed after minutes of scraping and rescraping…and minutes more and then finally…..magic.
